Just some pictures before going to the farmers market. My mom insists on going every Saturday. I don't mind though because it is a great place to people watch! Today I was wearing some amazing yellow high-waist shorts that I got from a vintage store. I love wearing shorts with tights. It is so nice to be able to wear shorts into the fall and winter. This was also right before I cut 8 inches off my hair. Pretty hard for me because my hair took a while to get this long, but I guess it will come back some day. For now I just need to work it :)

Hanging at my parents' house on a Sunday afternoon. I'm loving the fall colors, even though it's been surprisingly warm lately. I finally got some faux leather shorts, so it was a great time to try them out. I think they'll be really versatile with tights as it gets cooler.

Brown County

A little outing in Brown County (Nashville, IN) with my roommate Kate. Hanging out among the pumpkins and crafty things. Wearing a fun, transition-weather outfit. This is a pretty standard look for me; skirt, tucked-in top, and boots. But, I love the texture on this sweater and the brightness of the skirt. It's always nice to have a pop of color when standing amongst nature. Being only 5'1", I always question the over the knee boots, but I figured they worked with this outfit.
